Napfa Test Results

Sit Ups: 40 (5 points)

Standing Broad Jump - 180cm (3 points)

Sit and Reach - 38cm (3 points)

Inclined Flex Arm - 10 (2 points)

4x10m Shuttle Run - 11.26 secs (5 points)

2.4km Run-Walk - 17mins 48secs (FAIL!)

I was only 48secs away from passing my 2.4km! God darn it! The route was kinda long and I keep on asking, "Bila mau game?!". I came 102th position among like..I don't know how many students. So for those who came after number 85 (I guess), failed their 2.4km. Sheesh. Well, I was actually quite dissapointed with myself cause, my total points was 18 and I only need 3 more points to get that gold medal! Even if it's only 1 point, I would be super happy! But well, luck wasn't on my side. Never mind. At least I've tried and I'm proud to say that even like a "FAT" girl like me, managed to pass all the 5 stations. HAHAHAHAHAHA. So, jangan pandang serong orang-orang gemok ye. :D

Another thing that happened to me while I was sleeping last night. All thanks to the napfa test. Everything was fine when I reached home and before I go to bed. An hour plus after I slept, I felt chest pain. I can't have a proper sleep from that time onwards. I tried putting medicated oil, it didn't worked. I tried drinking hot water, it also didn't worked. I was like walking in and out of my room..don't know what to do. Woke my mum up saying that I'm having a chest pain and there she goes, saying that I can't run cause I've not run for quite a long of time. She asked me to wait till 8.00 in the morning for the clinic to open. I said I really can't. The pain is really killing me! So, to cut it short, I went to the Emergency Ward at TTSH. Eh, first time experiencing it ok! Haha. Never had I have the feel of lying down on the hospital's bed. LOL! Anyway, they did some thorough check up on me, gave me a painkiller but it's not those pill types, instead, I was given't an injection! Ah kau! Some blood test and chest x-ray then. I was put under the observation room and boy does it sucks a lot. There were so many patients waiting and well, I was in there for like 2hours plus. Gosh. I can't even sleep. Boring sey! I was just waiting for the time when the doctor says that I can be discharged. Waited and waited and waited..FINALLY! I was given the green light that I can go home! Phew. The doctor didn't really told me what's the cause but all she could say was my x-ray and blood test was fine. Well, then another person came up to me to settle the MC, payment slip, and quite a few things so I took the opportunity to ask her. She did say something but I didn't catch what she was saying. Oh well, alhamdulillah, everything is fine. I just need to take extra care of myself this time round.

Wednesday, celebrated my 4th Anniversary with love. He was late for like an hour ok! BINGIT giler aku. But, it's ok. A day that we are not supposed to have any fights so I just close one eye. Pfft. Had swensens as our lunch and dinner and after which, we searched for my anniversary gift. Oh, he bought the things that I wanted in my birthday wishlist! Yay!

He took out every single heartshapes that I did.

He was smiling all the way reading those 48 heartshapes cause in each heartshape, I wrote some of the memories that will always be remembered. Macam nak pecah otak aku pikir! Oh, 48 stands for the number of months that we have been together. (:

48 heartshapes. It took me about 3 days to finish up cutting, writing, punching a hole and putting a ribbon to make it more nicer. I even brought it to school cause I didn't really have the time to do it at home. Too many school assignments that needs to be done! 0_o

Ah! 3 Bum Equipment's brief! LOL! I've actually put it inside the box but it was being covered with the heartshapes! Haha. Something different! :D

That time, when we went to IKEA, he said that he really like this photo frame, so his wish is my command.

I hope that he will really appreciate the things that I've done for him. It takes up a lot of my time and hardwork and sacrifice though I have a lot of more important things to do. Hope you like it love. ;)

Thanks to my lovely TP friends who accompanied me to IKEA last Friday and CT for accompanying me to buy his boxer brief at ISETAN and going to Popular just to buy puncher and ribbon on Tuesday evening! Haha.
